Dough Gym

Standard

We have been doing dough gym every morning to help make our arms and fingers stronger for writing.

First we do exercises to warm our fingers up.

Next we each have a big piece of dough and we try to copy the big movements, moving to the music.

Finally we do our funky finger activities, it might be threading beads or pasta, using the pegs or tweezers or making marks with our fingers.
